A Polícia Civil da Paraíba, através do trabalho investigativo desenvolvido pela equipe da Delegacia de Defraudações e Falsificações da Capital, prendeu, no final da tarde desta sexta-feira (30), um dos mais conhecidos estelionatários de João Pessoa.Segundo o delegado Carlos Othon, da DDF, Guilherme Campelo Rabay Neto, 31 anos, foi preso por força de mandado de prisão preventiva expedido pela 2ª Vara Criminal de João Pessoa.
